Care Manager Gail Poole tells us why the team should be granted a wish:

We are a small family run residential home and our staff go out of their way to provide exceptional care. They are selfless in the way they’ll cover shifts at the drop of a hat to provide all important continuity of care. They will help each other out whether it be care staff, domestics, kitchen or office staff. They work as a team and it shows in the lovely atmosphere around the home between staff and service users

What did they think of their Spa Hamper?

The team would like to say a massive thank you to Pollards Promises for pamper hamper, it was a very kind gesture that they really appreciated. Every member of the team works so hard to make a difference to our service user's lives, creating a family like environment for everyone who walks through the front door. To receive the recognition you have shown them really makes a difference and reminds them what a fantastic job they do. Thanks to you all once again for what you are doing for not just our staff but all of those who care for others. Thank you.
