April has been working in the care sector since the age of 18, and in that time, she has become an indispensable part of the team. Jessica highlighted April’s willingness to always help out, often going the extra mile by taking on additional shifts and stepping in whenever needed. Her hard work and unwavering commitment to her colleagues and residents have not gone unnoticed, and this nomination is a testament to her invaluable contribution.
