This tight-knit team recently faced a challenging moment when a colleague went into premature labour while at work. Without hesitation, the rest of the team rallied around her—stepping in to cover shifts and support each other in true display of unity and compassion.

With 30 dedicated staff members working across different shifts, the Combe team continues to show just how powerful a caring and connected workplace can be. Joanne shared how lucky she feels to have a team that constantly supports one another, always putting their clients and colleagues first. “It is a very rewarding job being a carer,” Joanne says:

“We are very lucky, they all help each other out when needed.”

To say thank you and acknowledge their dedication, Pollard’s Promises gifted the team a sweets hamper, a small token to celebrate such a big-hearted team.
