We were able to provide three wishes to three worthy recipients at once, a Care Manager, Kelly, a care recipient, Kay and her carer Jodie. All nominated by each other!

We provided a day out shopping for Kay, including a lunch that Kelly and Jodie were also able to enjoy.

Kelly had this to say on the day:

Today was amazing! Thank you so so much! Just what we all needed and big shopping spree!

I love my job so much on a normal day, but today was the best! To be able to spend the whole day with Kay who is incredible, but also my amazing senior Jodie, was brilliant! So lucky to share our promises together! I made Kay a certificate, so she had something while she waited to spend her vouchers , she loved it!

Can't even put into words how excited Kay was!

We took Jodie with us as she nominated me and is the senior at the supported living home where kay lives

I nominated Kay due to her losing almost 22 stone in 22 months! No longer being diabetic, being more active, more mobile, having a social life and attending local groups and no attending a voluntary job locally at Kemp hospice! She is out super star! Such an inspiration! Her support team are fantastic motivating and supporting her to each her positive outcomes!

Lunch was lovely, we went to Wagamama and I had katstu chicken, Jodie and Kay had a noodle dish, we all had desert too! The white chocolate and ginger cheesecake I had was amazing and Kay had little dough buns with chocolate and black honey, Jodie had banana fritters and ice cream 😊 Kay and Jodie also had some bubble tea on a quick pit stop after the first shop which were in a while as we tried on so much clothing.

We had so much fun trying on lots of outfits especially when we tried on matching ones 😊

It was lovely to see Kay able to fit in to such lovely dresses. We got festive and tried on matching Xmas dresses (green ones) that was funny. We brought so much stuff! Clothes, hair products, socks, underwear, smellies and pjs. I had the turquoise sparkle dress and elf jumper and other stuff too 😊Jodie had a nice jumper from my voucher as I offered to share with her for nominating me 😊

Kay and I each got a lovely sparkly dress for Christmas, as she had the long black one and red one in photos as well as so much more on top 😊

We really have had the best day! Work phone off and just pure fun and enjoying our prizes and time with each other.

Today was the best day ever! Lots of fun!
