Karin is someone who always goes the extra mile and has done this ever since she joined the Bluebird Care Team 11 years ago. Karin is always the link between the customers, Care experts and those who work in the office. She constantly goes out of her way offering support and guidance to all of the team, whilst ensuring that everyone has the correct information and that everything works as it should in order to ensure that the customers receive the highest quality care possible, in addition to a friendly ear and the guidance they require when they need it.
Karin has an excellent rapport with all of our customers, taking the time to listen to them and ensuring that the customer care plans are always correct and up to date to ensure the best quality of care is given and that the customers have the time to be listened to.
In the same way Karin always gives her time to new Care Experts, nurturing them whilst taking the time with them to help them learn and give them confidence they need whilst starting in their new role, she will provide them with her number and tell them to call if anyone would like a chat or needs help or just wants to ask a question.
Karin is always willing to learn new things and strives to develop herself constantly too, you can often hear her say, “come and sit with me and show me”. To ensure her learning is always up to date and she can pass her learning on to the rest of the team. This is all effortless for Karin and comes naturally to her, she puts everyone else first and is a valuable caring member of the Bluebird Care team who couldn’t deserve this more. She always helps others so a treat for her would be wonderful
